Drive to Kentucky - Day 2

After a night at a KOA campground in Odessa, they hit the road at about 8am local time. The plan is to get to Little Rock, AK on Day 2 (10 hrs).
Update 8 - From Shade - Barn! We’re in Midland, TX.[1] 
We just passed some [windmills].[2] 
Tired puppies.[3] 
Sorry, but there’s nothing around me [to photograph].
Update 9 - From Shade - It’s pretty cool over here [near Abilene].[4] 
Update 10 - From Shade - We’re half way there. We’re in Dallas.[5] 
That’s Dallas for ya. [6] 
Mom isn’t [having fun]. She made a wrong turn. Again.
Update 11 - From Shade - She [JJ] wants you [Dad]. [7] 
JJ told me that she wanted to send you a photo of her. [8] 
Update 12 - From Shade - Water! [9] 
We’re in Arkansas.[10] 
Update 13 - From Shade - Look how close we are![11]
